Weddings and Functions at Leahton Park

• Large outdoor dimmable festoon lighting lit area in a lovely and unique location to allow 'dining under the stars'. This white gravelled floor area will seat 150 people easily

• The ‘WAGON WHEEL’ dining shed seats up to eighty people for reception or for use as a venue to serve hors d'oeuvres etc. between ceremony and reception

• The 'LONGHORN BAR' is a unique cowboy western themed bar  which also includes a large drinks cooler - all you need to do is add your drinks and beverages

• 4 x heavy hardwood 'picnic' style tables that can be used under the shed or set out under the festoon lighting - they will seat 40 to 50 people

• 85 inch television digital display (internet connected) installed in the 'WAGON WHEEL' dining shed which can be used for slide shows etc. or you can run your own Spotify Music playlist through the sound system

• Unlimited use of lawns, gardens, including cactus garden, cattle yards, paddocks etc. for photos. If Texas Longhorns and other animals are accessible they will also be available for photo opportunities

• Three UTV Safari Rangers for delivery of bridal party and/or photos in paddock - each vehicle seats maximum of 8
• Texas chuck wagon set up beside campfire for effect or photos

• 'Midnight Black' 1961 Cadillac Sedan Deville and/or 'Electric Blue' 1956 F100 pickup truck for photos or delivery of the bridal party. These lovely Classic vehicles will add an old school retro feel to your wedding and photos

• 'Thorne Brown' 1930 Ford Model A Sports Coupe. This vehicle legend will add a level of vintage class to your photos that is truly from another era. It's an authentic restoration right down to the rear rumble seat and wire spoke wheels. Wait until you hear the oogah horn!

• Original patina green' 1931 Ford Model A pick-up truck. This old truck truly is from days gone by and would fit right at home running moonshine or as the old ranch work truck

• 'TEXAS LONGHORN TOURS' (western cabin for photos)

• 'Mick's GARAGE' (retro garage front for photos)

• 3 x large 'Hogshead' wine barrels and 2 x custom 'Leahton Park' fire pits. Please note that firewood is not supplied with standard hire and can be BYO or we can provide as an extra

• Elegant wooden handmade arch for ceremony and/or photos
• Handmade 'rustic style' table for marriage celebrant if required
• Use of the air conditioned 'Hitching Rail' cabin by bridal party during hire period – ensuite included. Overnight stay in cabin isn't included but can be provided at extra cost if required

• Area available for erection of teepee if required. Please note we don't supply teepees

• 2 x male toilets, 2 x female toilets & 1 x unisex disabled toilet 

• Large gravelled and floodlit carpark adjacent to venue

• Free WiFi acces. There is also excellent Telstra mobile network coverage

• Removal and emptying of all rubbish/trash bins 

• Wheel loader with forks available to unload & reload heavy or bulky items if required 

• Cold room will be available for your use or for caterers if required. 72 hours maximum

• Please note: Sometimes the vehicles listed above won't be available due to maintenace and repair

• Billy Tea and/or Campfire Coffee made at the campfire to accompany your afternoon ‘smoko’ – enamel mugs, milk and sugar provided
